The resource person for the orientation programme was Lathif Penath, Assistant Professor, Department of Psychology, MES Asmabi College, P. Vemballur. He created awareness among participants about the importance of soft skills in career growth and personal effectiveness. Being a renowned Psychologist, the resource person delivered a wonderful talk about the soft skills such as communication, teamwork, leadership, time management, and problem-solving.
