A workshop on Interpersonal Skills for Students was organised by PG Department of Psychology , Blossom Arts and Science college, Manjeri on 14 January 2022. the program was presided by blossom college principal and felicitation was provided by Psychology Department head. The students of Psychology department participated in the program. the topic involved the Dynamics and reality of interpersonal behavior. Hand to hand training was provided to the students on best soft skills on interpersonal behaviour. the student involvement was held in facing crowd and how to practice better mannerisms in different contexts of life. characteristics regarding better personality dynamics was discussed and on stage training was conducted.
