A workshop for Students in MES Asmabi college was jointly organized by Mental Health club and Counselling cell on 24 February 2022. the program was presided by Dr. A Biju Principal , MES Asmabi college and Felicitation was provided by Dr, K P Sumedhan , Self Finanace director , Minsila Hilal , Coordinator Mental Health Club. Students from all department and club memebers Participated in the workshop. the workshop involved with basic information on Anxiety Disorder its symptoms and related contexts. the students were made to understand how to get an insight about their issues and its intensity. the workshop included live session of practices to control particular anxiety provoking thoughts and to handle such situations. Relaxational techniques were thought and practiced in the session.
