MES ASMABI COLLEGE PG&RESEARCH DEPT.OF ENGLISH REPORT UG ORIENTATION PROGRAMME Classes for I year BA English students started on 12th September 2022. UG Programmes in English usually start with an Orientation to bring the newly admitted ones to get a taste of Literature and bring them close to the academic level of learning that is suitable for college students. This year the class was conducted on 22nd September. Dr. Reena Mohamed, HOD of the Department welcomed the resource person and the audience.Dr.V.SSuchithe, Assistant professor, St. Joseph’s College was the resource person this year. She tried to instill the real interest in students by giving an overview of literature and ensuring them the career possibilities of selecting literature as their major.
