The Strive for Quality Science Research Publication - National Webinar was helpful in understanding the criteria of quality for a good research publication. Scientific research has unique way of proceeding to a publication. Field studies or laboratory studies or a combination of both are involved in scientific research. The methods of data keeping, sorting, and processing are described. Preparation of information according to the publishers' specifications and identifying publishers/journals of national and international reputation were also detailed. Journal impact factor and methods of calculating IF were delivered. The session was immensely helpful both as teacher and researcher.
