The international webinar was organised by the Research and PG Department of Aquaculture and Fishery Microbiology of M E S Ponnani College, Ponnani. The webinar was held in collaboration with IIC of the hosting college. The four sessions held in two days were immensely helpful in understanding the current trends in food safety standard setting, and certification procedures.
