As part of the Indian Knowledge System (IKS) activity, the PG Department of Physics, MES Asmabi College, organized a session titled “Stress-Free Living and Meditation” on 6 January 2026. The session was led by members of Brahma Kumaris, Kodungallur, who shared valuable insights on managing stress, cultivating inner peace, and maintaining emotional balance through meditation. The resource persons emphasized the relevance of ancient Indian wisdom in addressing modern-day stress, especially among students and educators. During the session, participants were introduced to the basic principles of Rajayoga meditation. Simple breathing techniques, guided meditation practices, and practical methods for positive thinking were demonstrated. The interactive nature of the session encouraged active participation, and students found the practices calming and refreshing.
