Dharshan: A Cultural Visit to Kerala Kalamandalam      The Research Department of English in connection with Indian Knowledge System organised one day cultural visit to the heritage place of Kerala, Kerala Kalamandalam situated in Cheruthuruthy of Thrissur on 27th January 2026. Kerala Kalamandalam Deemed to be University for Art and Culture is a renowned institution dedicated to the preservation and promotion of traditional Indian performing arts. It is located in the Thrissur district of Kerala, India. Originally founded in 1930 by the poet Vallathol Narayana Menon, it has grown into an important cultural center that focuses on teaching traditional Kerala art forms including Kathakali, Mohiniyattam, Koodiyattam, Thullal, and classical South Indian music and percussion.
