The PG Department of Physics, MES Asmabi College P.Vemballur, conducted an invited talk titled "Research: From Curiosity to Career" on 4 August 2025 at the Old Seminar Hall from 2:00 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. The session was inaugurated by Principal, Dr. Sanad Sadanandan and the talk was delivered by Ms. Rajalakshmi T. R., Research Scholar (DST-Inspire Fellow), School of Pure and Applied Physics,  Mahatma Gandhi University, and an alumnus of the Department of Physics, MES Asmabi College. During the talk, Ms. Rajalakshmi shared her insights on transforming curiosity into a successful research career, inspiring students to explore opportunities in physics. The event also featured a felicitation ceremony to honour the academic toppers of the department and the distribution of the Best Project Award to the students. This recognition aimed to motivate students towards excellence in academics and research.
