As part of World Mental Health Day Observation 2021, October 10, the Department of Psychology has organized a Webinar on ‘Mental Health in an Unequal world'. The session was led my Mr. Lathif Penath, HOD & Asst. Professor at the Department of Psychology and student counselor of the College. The session started at 7 pm. The chairperson of the session was Dr. A Biju. Dr K. P Sumedhan has extended his felicitation to the session. The session was aimed at students and faculty members of the college. Nearly 80 participants attended the session. It was an insightful and informative session on the theme ’Mental health in an Unequal World'. Faculty has led a detailed session on the prevailing inequalities and it’s influence on mental health of a person. The session ended by 8.30 pm after discussion on the queries expressed by the participants.
