Parents reported: 45, others contacted the class tutor by phone and conveyed their inconvenience. Performance Analysis: The result analysis of first internal examination was taken up for discussion. The performances of each student in comparison with the overall performance of the students were intimated to parents. The disciplinary processes of the department were also discussed like restriction of the use of mobile phone in the class rooms and wearing of complete uniform in the campus.                                                     PASS PERCENTAGE:     70                                                                                      The HOD discussed the overall attendance and discipline within the department. Tutors provided an overview of the students' performance. Parents shared suggestions regarding discipline and classroom engagement, all of which were warmly accepted by the HOD. Challenges faced by individual students in their learning were discussed, and both parents and students were encouraged to openly express their opinions on the teaching methods used by all faculty members. An analysis of the results from the first internal examination was also conducted and discussed. Parents of underperforming or slow learners were advised to give them additional attention and support. Many students cited difficulty in understanding lessons in English. It has been reported that three students from the IBA have been included in the condonation list
