As part of world mental health day, conducted a student-led panel discussion on Mental Health in the Workplace, aimed at exploring the psychological challenges employees face in professional settings. The panel consisted of student representatives who discussed workplace stressors, mental health policies, employer responsibilities, and strategies for promoting well-being in organizational settings. The discussion highlighted real-world concerns such as burnout, work-life balance, stigma around seeking mental health support, and the role of organizations in fostering a positive mental health environment. The interactive Q&A session allowed students to engage critically with the topic, share perspectives, and propose solutions for better mental health management at work. The event was insightful, encouraging students to reflect on workplace mental health issues and the importance of advocating for mental well-being in professional environments.
