The Department of Digital Film Production at MES Asmabi College, P. Vemballur, successfully organized Film Fiesta 2025 on February 10, 2025 (Monday), as part of its Association Day celebrations. The event aimed to provide students with an immersive experience in cinema, particularly focusing on acting and performance techniques. The event was inaugurated by Vaishk D Raj, a renowned theater artist, who shared his experiences and insights from the world of theater and cinema. His presence was highly motivating, encouraging students to explore the depths of performance arts. A total of 46 students actively participated in the event, eager to enhance their acting skills and gain practical exposure. A key highlight of the fiesta was the acting workshops, which provided students with hands-on training in various aspects of acting, including body language, improvisation, and stage presence. The workshops encouraged students to step out of their comfort zones and engage in interactive performance exercises, helping them refine their skills.
