The Department of Physics at MES Asmabi College organized a series of events to celebrate Space Week from 8th to 14th August 2024. The week-long celebration aimed to inspire students, create awareness about space science, and foster creativity and innovation through various engaging activities. Various competitions such as AI-based digital poster-making competition, space quiz,  awareness rally, science fiction story writing, idea pitching,training programs and invited talks were conducted by the department. The valedictory session of the Space Week celebration was a fitting conclusion to a week filled with inspiring events and activities. The program was formally inaugurated by Dr. Sheeba N. H., Rtd. Associate Professor in Physics. Prizes and certificates were distributed to the winners. 92 students participated in the programme.
