Biodiversity Clubs have been constituted in 18 educational institutions, including MES Asmabi College. A total of40 students and 18 teachers from respective institutions were participated. These clubs aim to empower students and teachers to actively participate in biodiversity conservation and climate action. The programme was organised by CEtC Hornbill Foundation, MES Asmabi College and BMC Sree Narayanapuram Panchayat. The event was inaugurated by Panchayat President M. S. Mohanan, who emphasized the importance of community-driven biodiversity conservation. P. R. Ratheesh, the Biodiversity Management Committee (BMC) Convener, presided over the event, Dr. Reena Mohammed, Principal of MES Asmabi College, who highlighted the role of educational institutions in fostering environmental awareness. Dr. Amitha BAchan KH, Conducted the training and Ms Shyamli, T. K. Varunan, andDevika M Anilkumar, coordinated the sessions.
