The recent destination visit to Nepal involved 36 students and 4 faculty members, focusing on cultural exploration, educational engagement, and adventure in Pokhara and Kathmandu. Throughout the trip, students explored iconic landmarks, such as Pashupatinath Temple and Boudhanath Stupa in Kathmandu, and enjoyed the natural beauty of Pokhara, including its serene lakes and stunning mountain views. Educational sessions were conducted to deepen their understanding of Nepalese culture and geography, enhancing the overall learning experience. Safety protocols were thoroughly implemented, with faculty members supervising assigned groups to ensure student well-being. Accommodation arrangements were made in advance, catering to various dietary needs during meals. Each day included a reflection period, allowing students to document their thoughts and experiences, fostering personal growth and insight. The trip concluded successfully, leaving participants with lasting memories and a richer appreciation for Nepal’s heritage and natural beauty.
