With the world’s third largest shrimp producing country as a vibrant backdrop, the summit is a solutions-oriented event with deep discussions about the global industry. The keynote address by Robins McIntosh, “What’s Working in Shrimp Farming Today”, provided unique insights on how producers around the world are improving efficiency while reducing impacts and cost. From issues to innovations, the comprehensive sessions  engaged key stakeholders and decision makers representing the entire value chain. All sessions, led by expert speakers and panelists from around the globe,  provided the opportunity to find out what’s new and contribute to the industry’s direction at this critical time. The Summit included a pre-conference tour on 27 June that took the attendees to state-of-the-art hatcheries and a smallholder farm where the latest digital technologies are maximizing shrimp production and minimizing environmental impact.
