On July 27, 2023, MES Asmabi College, P. Vemballur, in collaboration with Cochin Eye Foundation and LIONS Club Perinjanam, organized a comprehensive health camp offering free cataract and diabetic detection services to the residents of SN Puram Panchayat. This initiative aimed to address critical health needs by providing screenings for cataracts and diabetes, essential for early detection and intervention. The event was well-attended, highlighting the community's responsiveness to accessible healthcare services and the college's proactive role in promoting public health.
