In connection with National Mathematics day celebration Department of mathematics organized  an Exhibition  on 21-12-2022 in Auditorium  It  was inaugurated by Dr Reena Muhammed, Vice Principal.It is  a showcase of various mathematical concepts, theories, and applications. It had created a platform for students  to display their projects, models  related to mathematics. The exhibition covers different areas of mathematics, such as geometry, algebra, calculus etc. Following were the main highlights  Mathematical models and puzzles:  physical models of geometric shapes, puzzles like Rubik's cube, Chess or digital simulations of mathematical concepts. Practical applications of mathematics:  includes exhibits related to engineering, computer science, economics, and other fields that rely heavily on mathematics. Mathematical art: Some mathematicians use art to explain and visualize mathematical concepts. Overall, this  mathematics exhibition gave ann  excellent opportunity for students to learn about the practical applications and beauty of mathematics. It encouraged students to pursue careers in Mathematics. We had also arranged a video presentation on ‘life story of Mathematics’ and ‘ beauty of Mathematics in nature’ which helped the students to know the history of mathematics and its importance in real life.
