The recent IV undertaken by the second year BBA students to Malabar Cements Ltd, Palakkad was an enriching and eye opening experience that provided invaluable insights into the practical aspects of business management. On December 9,2023, 45 students and 2 teachers visited the industry. The visit aimed to supplement classroom learning with real world exposure, allowing students to withness firsthand how theoretical concepts translate into action within industry. Engaging with industry professionals provided students with unique insights into the challenges and opportunities faced by businesses in today's competitive landscape. The students observed the cement making process with active involvement from industry professionals. As students return from the IV, they do so with a newfound appreciation for the complexities of the business landscape and a deeper understanding of their roles as future business leaders.
