In the study tour, all 44 final year students of B.Sc. Aquaculture (2020 admission) were accompanied by Sri. Shibu A Nair, Associate Professor and class tutor, Dr. Dhanya P R, Asst. Professor and Sri. Mohammed Areej, Asst. Professor in Biochemistry. The detailed visit started at 10 AM on 27/1/2023 and lasted till 3 PM on the day. They were able to see different  sea food processing sections, facilities, equipment and methods. The majorfishes processed were Tuna, Snappers and seerfish. Proceesing methods such as canning, smoking and freezing were shown. After the visit the student submitted a detailed report meant for internal and external assessment.
