The department of Physics in association with other Science departments organized the National Conference on Interdisciplinary Academic Translational Research and Innovation 2023 on 7 & 8 February 2023. The conference was inaugurated by Hon. VC of University of Calicut, Prof M K Jayaraj. He delivered a talk on Fabrication of Metal Oxide based Memristive Artifical Synapses for Neuromorphic Computing Applications. A session for the Physics students was handled by Dr Arjun G Namboodiri, Scientist E, VSSC. Research scholars from various institutions presented their works in the conference
