Research and P.G Department of Botany & Malayalam had participated actively in the one day e-waste collection programme organized by the college as part of Swachh Bharat Mission / Clean India Mission of the Central Government of India on 28th February 2023. First and Second year B.Sc Botany and first year M.Sc Botany students along with faculty members of Botany and Malayalam department, Research scholars and lab assistant from Botany department collected the e-waste from SN Puram ward 2. The ward member Mrs. Jaya Sunil Raj had informed all the families about the E-waste collection through the WhatsApp group of the ward. Department Coordinator of the programme, Mrs. Shaheedha TM, joint coordinators Dr. Girija T. P., Ms. Shemi C.B., HoD Malayalam Dr. Jaisy David., Ms. Liji T., Ms. Adithya AS., Sri. Sebin PQ and Sri. Mohamed Shareef M.A accompanied 59 students to the collection point MES FRUP School at 10am
