Department of Psychology as conducted an Anti-drug campaign in Sree Narayanapuram panchayath in Association with Excise Department and Sree Narayanapuram Grama Panchayath from 27 June to 29 June 2022. The campaign was inaugurated on 27 june in presence of Sree Narayanapuram Grama Panchayath President M S Mohanan, Excise Inspector M Shyamnad, Kodungalur range, Mr. Navas Kattakath Secretary and Correspondent , MES Asmabi Colllege, Dr. A Biju Principal MES Asmabi College. The campaign had range of involvement from level college students to all school students in the Panchayath. This was possible by the involvement if 15 schools in S N Puram gramapanchayath. The three day campaign was whole day program which was conducted in session s for each schools. Street play by Psychology Student and Awareness speech by College Professors. In the final day of the campaign Dr. Moncy Edward, Clinical Psychologist , Jubilee Mission Hospital, Thrissur gave an talk on Drug Abuse and its level of influence in the community.
