As part of the World Fisheries day – 2022, an awareness programme has been conducted among the higher secondary and vocational higher secondary students on the topic ‘Sustainability and Conservation of Marine Resources’. Dr. Sayana K. A., Head of the Department acted as resource person to the programme along with students from the department. On 11th November 2022, the session was organised at GFVHSS Kaipamangalam, the forenoon session was occupied by HSE students and the afternoon session was for the VHSE students. On 15th November 2022, the programme was organised at GKVHSS Eriyad for higher secondary students.
