Scientific monitoring process of the restoration sites
The monitoring were conducted to note the phenological changes, growth rate, threat faced by the planted saplings in the coastal belt in the selected wards of SN Puram Grama Panchayath. The students from Research Department of Botany, MES Asmabi College volunteered and they actively participated in data collection, consolidation and reporting processes. The collected data includes the length of leaf, internodal length, height of the saplings, data regarding the threat faced and nutrients and protection provided to the species.
