PTA Report 2020-21

Financial assistance given from PTA fund. 1) An amount of rupees 50,000 was given to a B-Voc student for the construction of house building. 2) An amount of rupees 70,000 was given to a BSc Maths student belonging to Puttanchira for the completion of her house building. 3) Rupees 10,000 was paid to a student by name Abin Jose for the participation activities at Jalandhar representing the university. 4) Sanctioned the mess expenses of two students studying in M.Com finance and M.Sc Botany. 5) Merit scholarship amounting to rupees1, 52,000 was paid for the year 2019- 20 (67,000) and 2020-21 (85,000).      Internal audit from the years 2015-16 to 2019-20 was conducted Dr. K.M Sefiya and Smt. Shiney C.N during the year.  Special send-off party was conducted to honour the retired teachers and non- teaching staff of the college namely, Dr V.M Asma Vice principal, Dr. K.M Nasar, HOD Research department of Botany, Mr. Siddique Babu (superintend) and Sri Hamsa senior clerk etc
