IEDC Interdepartmental Cluster Meet-Up on 30 August 2024

     On August 30, 2024, MES Asmabi IEDC organized an interdepartmental cluster meet-up at the Old Seminar Hall, MES Asmabi College, P.Vemballur at 2:30 PM. The event brought together IEDC faculty coordinators and student representatives from various departments, aiming to foster collaboration and innovation across different academic disciplines. The meet-up began with a welcome address by Alameen, the Creative and Innovation Lead, setting the tone for a productive session. Dr. Princy Francis, the IEDC Nodal Officer, delivered the presidential address, highlighting the importance of interdepartmental synergy in driving the institution's entrepreneurial initiatives. Ms. Ujjwala Navas, the ED Club Coordinator, provided valuable insights in her keynote address, emphasizing the role of entrepreneurship in academic growth.

     The cluster meet-up saw active participation from faculty coordinators, including Dr. Princy Francis (Commerce), Dr. Shyla (Economics), Ms. Athira V B (BCA), Jeswin Varghese (Physics), Ms. Minsila Hilal (Psychology), Ms. Nasmi T H (B.Com CA), Ms. Dhini K V (B.Com Finance), Reeba O B (M.Com Marketing), Dr. Jisha K C (Botany), Ms. Sibina P A (Mathematics), Mr. Nimil (B.Voc Logistics), and Ms. Ujjwala Navas (B.Voc FPT). In addition to the faculty, five student coordinators from each department and nine MES Asmabi IEDC Executive Committee student leaders engaged in discussions aimed at planning future initiatives. The program was smoothly anchored by Afrin Yoosuf M.P., with a vote of thanks extended by Sayyed Muhammed Shiyaf M.C., bringing the meet-up to a successful conclusion.
